I would like to thank you for information on the Carillon's menu tasting. I made reservations right away and enjoyed the dining experience with my two best friends. We were so very impressed with the whole experience. Hands down the cuisine was the highlight though the ambiance and service were top notch. I have been searching high and low for a chef that creates fireworks in my mouth and this chef made the grade. As for your blog review on Carillon's it sounds like we have the same taste. I ordered the exact same dishes and I am still relinquishing about the tuna tartar and mero. In our group we all made sure to order different items off the menu and "wow" I loved everything except, I was not very fond of the white bean soup a bit to much smokey flavor for my liking. I hopes they offer such a great deal in the near future. We can not wait to indulge at Carillon's again!

to follow up on my last comment. i did get the 3 course. my apps were scallops and the white bean soup. the soup was ok by itself, but eating it with the smoked scallops in one bite made it wonderful. my friend had the mussells app, and dear lord its a meal in itself its so much food. my entree was the olive oil poached tenderloin, which i thought was perfect. my friend had the coffee rubbed steak, though they cooked hers to a medium instead of medium rare. i preferred mine.
