Thank you for the pumpkin chococolate chip recipe. a favorite combination of mine.
Just to let you know that coconut palm sugar is now available at Whole Foods and at Central Market. There is good information about this product at sweet-tree.biz if you want to explore it further. It is sustainable which I really like, and it is nutrition rich, low glycemic, minimally processed, etc. 1:1 replacement for white sugar. It's all I use now.

Liz,

Another favorite website for recipes is elanaspantry.com - be careful, not all paleo (especially the desserts- agave nectar defintely not paleo) but it is all gluten-free, and most of it is close to paleo or easy to adapt to paleo.

Mark's Daily Apple is definitely the most helpful website if info is what you are looking for.

Liz,

There are a ton of really great resources for Paleo recipes, but here are a few of my faves:

(more info than recipes, but good links) http://www.marksdailyapple.com/

(recipes but infrequent) http://www.sonofgrok.com/

(hilarious commentary alongside recipes) http://theclothesmakethegirl.blogspot.com/

http://eatcleanlivestrong.blogspot.com/

http://paleofood.com/

Good luck!

Bahahaha.

Dear Bob,

I know that it says, "Hazelnut Meal/Flour is made from pure, ground hazelnuts. It is full of sweet, nutty flavor," on your packaging and website. But since "flour" can be such a misnomer, could you perchance send a video of the hazelnuts being ground into meal, then packaged into your signature bag? Perhaps then I can rest assured that there is no flour in my meal.

Love,
Lyssa
