Tonight we went to the preview party of the Settlement Home Garage Sale. My parents have been going for something ridiculous like 18 years, my brother and I have been going for at least six. This year, we brought friends and everyone scored some awesome deals.
The bro and I bought five dining room chairs that sort of mismatch, and they look awesome!
I bought some sweet gold costume jewelry, a sick glittery 70s-style dress for a 70s party coming up, and a beautiful vintage purple wool dress with gold buttons. Sweet haul if I do say so myself!
The garage sale runs through Sunday at the Palmer Events Center. Entry is just $5 and all proceeds from the sale go to run the Settlement Home’s great programs throughout the year. Go score some cheap stuff!
